About the role

Leading and managing a team of Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers and Superintendents to deliver exceptional results to clients. Manage construction projects from beginning to end in accordance and maintaining the requirements. Train and develop Project Manager and support the Business Unit Leader. Identify, propose, close and manage construction projects which generate profits. Manage multiple project teams successfully while maximizing both profit and client satisfaction. Participate in team meetings as required, demonstrating a comprehensive knowledge of the status of every project under your control. Seek and attend networking opportunities including industry, social and non-profit events to build relationships and identify new opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and understand the overall financial status throughout the duration of a project including: subcontract status, vendor status, labor/payroll, small tools, construction equipment, forming materials and systems, miscellaneous materials and project overhead.
  • Develop strong business plans.
  • Use the following software applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe, Bluebeam, Procore/Project Sight, P6 Primavera, MS Project, Viewpoint, Viewpoint Field Work Center, and HCSS.

Requirements

  • At least ten years of experience within the Construction Industry.
  • Ability to both manage and be part of a team.
  • Must possess working knowledge of or demonstrate willingness to learn required software applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
