About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead residential and commercial restoration projects from start to finish. The role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering restoration work on time, on budget, and to industry standards while maintaining clear communication with clients, insurance adjusters, and field teams. The ideal candidate is proficient with Xactimate, has hands-on restoration project management experience, and can manage multiple active jobs in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end restoration projects from initial assessment through final closeout
  • Develop scope of work, prepare and review Xactimate estimates, and manage project budgets and timelines
  • Coordinate and supervise crews and subcontractors, ensuring work meets safety, quality, and regulatory standards
  • Serve as primary client and insurance contact: document job progress, communicate status updates, and facilitate claims processes with adjusters
  • Perform regular site inspections to ensure work completion, adherence to scope, and identify additional mitigation needs
  • Create and maintain accurate project documentation

Requirements

  • Proven restoration project management experience
  • Proficiency using Xactimate
  • Experience working with insurance adjusters and handling claims processes/documentation
  • Excellent communication, customer service, organizational, and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects

Qualifications

  • IICRC certification is preferred
