Job Title: Project Manager Location: Biddeford, ME Salary: $60K-$65K + Commission Benefits: Health Insurance + PTO + 401k with Match + Company Vehicle Requirements: Disaster Restoration/Water Damage Mitigation Company Overview We are a nationwide disaster restoration company that restores residential and commercial properties after damage from water, fire, mold, trauma or theft. We are currently in search of a dedicated, reliable professional with experience in the industry that is looking to upshift into a Project Manager role. Position Overview We are seeking a restoration industry professional to lead water mitigation and other restoration projects from initial assessment through final delivery. The Project Manager will coordinate crews, develop accurate estimates using Xactimate, manage project schedules and budgets, and ensure quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership in fast-moving emergency response environments and the ability to work closely with clients, insurance adjusters, and subcontractors to restore properties efficiently and profitably.
