Responsibilities Accurately estimate quantities and productions/crews required Evaluate design options and recommend alternative solutions or approaches as needed to secure work Complete job setup including subcontracts and purchase orders Track job costs and accurately project cost to complete – complete fiscal responsibility Desired Skills And Experience BS degree in Construction Management, or equivalent Good PC skills--proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Blue Beam and all HCSS software programs Prepare 3D Volumetric Plans Project expience up to 25M
