About the role

Lead a team of engineers in designing sustainable infrastructure solutions for urban environments. Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability standards.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sustainable design strategies that enhance environmental performance and resource efficiency.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate sustainability into project planning and execution.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and prepare detailed project plans, including cost estimates and timelines.
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, and quality control processes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies, to secure project approvals and support.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to environmental and sustainability guidelines and regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience in sustainable engineering.
  • Proven leadership skills and experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong understanding of environmental regulations and sustainability standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Qualifications

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
  • Experience with green building certifications such as LEED, BREEAM, or others.
  • Knowledge of sustainable materials and technologies.
  • Experience with sustainable infrastructure projects in urban settings.
