About the role
The role involves managing a team of baristas to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service in our coffee shops.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to meet sales targets and maintain high standards of quality.
- Train and mentor baristas to enhance their skills and contribute to the team's success.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role within a similar industry.
- Proven ability to manage a team effectively and motivate employees.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and colleagues.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and food preparation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
