About the role

The role involves managing a team of baristas to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service in our coffee shops.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations to meet sales targets and maintain high standards of quality.
  • Train and mentor baristas to enhance their skills and contribute to the team's success.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role within a similar industry.
  • Proven ability to manage a team effectively and motivate employees.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and food preparation.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
