On-siteInformation TechnologyFull-time
We need to produce HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes intro paragraph about United Steel, then description of role, duties & responsibilities, qualifications, working conditions, benefits mention. No explicit Pay or Schedule details beyond hours. We have schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30-4:30, 40 hours week, some flexibility. That's schedule info, so we can include a Schedule section. Benefits: "We offer competitive wages, excellent benefits, 401(k) with company match, supplemental benefits and more." That's benefits info, so include Benefits section. Pay: not specific numbers, just "competitive wages" - that's vague; we should not create Pay section unless posting actually states them. It says competitive wages but no numbers; that's still vague. The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. For Benefits, they state benefits (competitive wages, excellent benefits, 401(k) etc). That's specific enough? It mentions benefits but not details; still it's stating benefits exist. Likely we can include Benefits section with that sentence. For Schedule, they give hours and flexibility, so we can include Schedule section. For Pay, they only say competitive wages, no specifics; that's vague; better to omit Pay section. We need headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. But we should only include sections with real content. We have About the role (intro). Responsibilities (duties). Qualifications (maybe combine Requirements and Qualifications). Skills maybe part of Qualifications. But we can follow typical headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Schedule. Avoid thin sections. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We need to preserve all substantive information. Remove boilerplate: EEO, Affirmative Action, application instructions (link?), they said remove application instructions. The link is application instruction; we should drop it. Also remove "SUPPORT IS OUR STRENGTH" maybe not boilerplate? It's a tagline; could be considered boilerplate? It's not legal/EEO; maybe keep? It's not substantive about job. Safer to drop it. Also remove "Please send your resume and cover letter using the link." and the URL. We need to keep all other details: intro, duties, qualifications, working conditions, benefits statement. Let's craft HTML:

(We omitted that sentence; it's somewhat boilerplate but still substantive? It's a disclaimer. Might be considered boilerplate but it's about job description scope. The instruction: remove duplicated lines, cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. This sentence is not exactly those categories but could be considered boilerplate. Safer to keep? It's not essential to candidate. I'd consider it boilerplate and can drop. It's not crucial. We'll drop. Qualifications list: we captured all. Working conditions: we captured schedule and travel. Benefits: captured. We didn't include "Local Travel Required 25% - 40%" inside Qualifications; we added as bullet. Good.
