Responsibilities

• Lead High-Profile Projects: Oversee all aspects of transportation drainage work—from proposals and scopes of work to H&H analysis, detailed PS&E packages, and final reports—ensuring each phase meets client and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver Results: Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to maintain high-quality, on-time project delivery while cultivating strong client relationships.
• Provide Strategic Guidance: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients such as MassDOT, RIIDOT, and Massachusetts
