About the role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead residential and commercial restoration projects from initial estimate to project completion. This role combines relationship-building, sales, and project oversight — ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about helping others.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage estimates for restoration projects (fire, water, mold, storm, etc.) using Xactimate
- Lead project planning, budgeting, and execution alongside a Superintendent
- Communicate with clients, adjusters, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure quality, compliance, and safety standards are met on all job sites
- Support marketing and relationship-building initiatives to grow accounts
- Attend client meetings and represent ServiceMaster DSI professionally
- Monitor financial performance and resolve issues to keep projects on track
- Identify opportunities for operational improvement and contribute to team development
Requirements
- Experience in restoration and/or construction project management
- Proficiency with Xactimate (estimating software)
- Background in disaster mitigation/restoration highly preferred
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license with ability to travel as needed
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in restoration or construction project management
Skills

- Proficiency with Xactimate estimating software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay
$65,000–$80,000 annually (depending on experience)
