Job Responsibilities
- Managing multiple transportation design projects with focus on client interactions
- Providing daily quality control
- Managing and training junior level engineers
- Aiding with business development
- Strategic Planning & Oversight
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans
- Ensure alignment with jurisdictional standards
- Oversee multiple phases of roadway projects
- Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as the primary point of contact
- Lead presentations, public hearings, and meetings
- Communicate project goals and updates
- Address concerns and incorporate feedback
- Financial & Contractual Management
- Manage contracts, billing, and collections
- Track expenditures and maintain cost control
- B.S.C.E. or B.C.E. required
- 10+ years of highway design and 2+ years of project management experience required
- GA PE and GSWCC Level II certification required
- Experience with Bentley MicroStation V8 and MS Office applications required
- Experience with Bentley Open Roads Designer preferred
- Experience with Georgia DOT PDP preferred
