Project Manager (SMB)
About the role
Reporting to the PMO Manager, the PM will have the following responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Capture project requirements and ensure full understanding of deliverables
- Work alongside other Account Managers and Leadership to create roadmaps
- Develop and lead the execution of project plans and cross-team coordination of internal and external stakeholders to deliver best-in-class work to clients
- Proactively identify obstacles and risks that could impact project deliverables and resources and develop mitigation strategies with the account team
- Track lessons learned and develop areas for improvement in internal and external processes along with scalable solutions
- Manage project resources to prioritize and schedule work
- Work closely with vendors to ensure quality deliverables for our customers
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate for this role has a proficiency in project management principles and process groups (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring/controlling, closing) and has an in-depth knowledge of digital marketing in a fast-moving agile environment.
Requirements
2+ years of project management experience in a digital marketing agency setting
Excellent organization and communication skills
Ability to effectively prioritize, execute tasks, and handle a range of projects simultaneously within fast-paced environment
Bonus points

A bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing

Compensation
Base Salary: USD $50,000.00 to $60,000.00; depending on experience and skills
Discretionary annual bonus: Up to 10% of annual salary
