About the role
As a Project Manager at Fehr Graham, you will lead site development projects from concept through completion. You will manage project teams, oversee design and construction phases, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of construction processes.Responsibilities
- Lead project teams in the planning, design, and execution of site development projects.
- Oversight of construction phases including bidding, contract administration, and quality control.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Manage project budgets and schedules to meet deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
- Prepare and present project reports and presentations to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
