Project Manager - Signs

About the role

Advance Sign Group is seeking Project Managers with multi-site construction, retail store planning, signage, and/or facility maintenance experience to join our dynamic team. We serve national customers who value and trust our innovative solutions and are experiencing new account starts and large projects in Q3 2026.

Responsibilities

• Investigate job sites and code requirements
• Select installation contractors and negotiate installation rates
• Oversight of work performance of installers
• Cross-functional coordination of manufacture and shipment of signs through production facilities to job sites nationwide
• Collaborate with Business Development team to grow accounts into valued partnerships

Requirements

• 5+ years in multi-site retail construction, store planning, signage, and/or facility maintenance
• Project Manager experience with multiple simultaneous construction projects
• Experience in investigating building codes, sign codes, and permitting
• Negotiation and management of construction subcontractors
• Understanding of design and manufacturing processes
• Proficiency in reading construction blueprints
• Excellent computer and technology skills including Outlook, Word, and Excel

Qualifications

• Remote candidates with significant sign experience considered
• Previous experience with Project Management and/or Design software is a plus
