Primary Responsibilities
- Lead sign projects from inception through closeout, ensuring quality, timeline, and profitability goals are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams and provide clear direction across departments.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and consultants.
- Maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and cost tracking.
- Oversee all phases including bidding, design, engineering, manufacturing, shipping, installation, and completion.
- Ensure all deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience in the sign industry.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (project management, construction, or related field).
- Strong understanding of blueprints, site drawings, and architectural plans.
- Experience in construction industry or manufacturing a big plus.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel locally and across the US as needed.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); ERP systems experience preferred.
- Bilingual skills a bonus.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary ($60,000-75,000).
- Bonus Incentive Program: Earn up to an additional $25,000 above annual earnings based on invoiced sales volume and performance metrics.
