Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall direction, administration, completion, and financial outcome of all assigned projects.
- Oversight of subcontractors, superintendents, labor, and contracted consultants.
- Manage project scope, budget, and schedule while establishing operational priorities.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other key project stakeholders throughout all phases of the project.
- Proactively identify, address, and resolve delays, emergencies, and project-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable safety standards, building codes, and legal requirements.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including proposals, budget plans, and work-in-progress reports.
- Work with Project Engineers and Superintendents to create a positive, safe, and productive jobsite.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of safety best practices and procedures.
- Demonstrated experience in customer relationship management, estimating, and project management.
- Proficient computer skills, with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Able to respond quickly and effectively to customer and superintendent needs.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Prior proven ability to manage projects from initial customer contact through completion, including needs assessment, budgeting, negotiation of project terms, subcontract issuance, contract management, and construction oversight.
- Associate’s degree or higher in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred.
