Responsibilities
- Manage construction materials testing and special inspection projects from project award through final project completion.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects, maintaining effective communication with clients, contractors, architects, engineers, and project stakeholders.
- Cook up daily project staffing, field schedules, technician assignments, and resource allocation to support client requirements and project milestones.
- Perform and oversee construction materials testing and special inspection services in accordance with project specifications, ASTM, ACI, ICC, applicable building codes, and contract requirements.
- Provide technical review and approval of inspection reports, testing results, field documentation, and project deliverables prior to client distribution.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and direction to inspectors, technicians, and project personnel assigned to active projects.
- Cook up field operations to ensure timely completion of inspections, testing services, project documentation, and client deliverables.
- Prepare project estimates, scopes of work, and technical proposals in support of current and future client projects.
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, labor utilization, and overall project performance while identifying opportunities to improve project efficiency and client service.
- Participate in project planning meetings, preconstruction meetings, contractor coordination meetings, and client meetings.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction materials testing and special inspection.
- Experience with ICC, ASTM, ACI, ICC, applicable building codes, and contract requirements.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, architects, engineers, and project stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
