- Manage execution and controls: track progress, issues, changes, and dependencies; maintain project records in the project workspace for traceability.
- Cook up communications and reporting cadence; maintain deadline control for regulatory and client reporting obligations.
- Manage vendors and subcontractors under defined procedures; ensure work plans and outputs follow required verification pathways.
- Support digital field data collection and standardized reporting workflows; contribute to dashboards and evidence packs used for program and project visibility.
- Prepare deliverables and ensure they are ready for check/review and director approval prior to external use.
- Escalate risks and deviations early using leading indicators and agreed thresholds to support 'no surprises' delivery.
- Close out projects with complete documentation, lessons learned, and handoff as required.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience managing environmental remediation programs or closely related environmental regulatory compliance projects, including investigation, remedy implementation, and long-term site management at legacy mine or industrial sites.
- Working knowledge of CERCLA, RCRA, and/or state-led Superfund programs, including regulatory drivers, reporting requirements, and compliance obligations.
- Experience delivering projects within mine closure and reclamation frameworks, with an understanding of risk-based cleanup and long-term stewardship considerations.

- Strong project controls capability, including management of scope, schedule, cost, and risk in regulatory-driven environments.
- Experience preparing and managing technical reports, regulatory submittals, and client deliverables subject to agency review and approval.
