About the role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead self-perform concrete operations across a range of infrastructure and commercial construction projects. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with deep expertise in structural concrete and a passion for delivering high-quality work through collaborative team management.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of self-perform concrete work including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
  • Manage field crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of concrete scopes.
  • Collaborate with preconstruction, estimating, and operations teams to develop work plans and logistics strategies.
  • Monitor productivity, cost performance, and quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, project specifications, and company procedures.
  • Lead and mentor field supervisors and foremen to promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing self-perform concrete work on large-scale construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of formwork systems, rebar installation, concrete placement, and finishing techniques.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in project management and scheduling software.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Pay

$100,000 - $140,000 per year
