Responsibilities

  • Lead Agile teams as Scrum Master, facilitating sprint ceremonies and removing impediments.
  • Manage end-to-end Insurance transformation projects using Agile/Scrum/SAFe methodologies.
  • Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and delivery governance.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Track project financials, KPIs, resource utilization, and compliance requirements.
  • Lead onsite/offshore teams and mentor team members.
  • Drive initiatives across Policy Administration, Claims, Billing, Customer Experience, Digital Transformation, Data & Analytics, and Regulatory Programs.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in IT delivery.
  • 5+ years as Project Manager and Scrum Master.
  • Insurance domain experience (P&C, Life Insurance, Annuities, or Group Benefits preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, SDLC, Jira/Azure DevOps, and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, risk management, and leadership skills.
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP, CSM, PSM, SAFe, or PMI-ACP preferred.

Pay

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $79,000 to $123,000. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The actual compensation offered may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, education and qualifications, certifications and licenses, relevant experience and skills, seniority and performance, market and business considerations, and internal pay equity.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
