Project Manager/Scrum Master

About the role

Lead Agile teams as Scrum Master, facilitating sprint ceremonies and removing impediments. Manage end-to-end Insurance transformation projects using Agile/Scrum/SAFe methodologies. Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and delivery governance. Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery. Track project financials, KPIs, resource utilization, and compliance requirements. Lead onsite/offshore teams and mentor team members. Drive initiatives across Policy Administration, Claims, Billing, Customer Experience, Digital Transformation, Data & Analytics, and Regulatory Programs.

Required experience and skills

• 10+ years in IT delivery
• 5+ years as Project Manager and Scrum Master
• Insurance domain experience (P&C, Life Insurance, Annuities, or Group Benefits preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, SDLC, Jira/Azure DevOps, and DevOps practices
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, risk management, and leadership skills
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, CSM, PSM, SAFe, or PMI-ACP preferred

Pay

The base compensation range for this role is 79,000 to 123,000.
