Essential duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following: ALL CANDIDATES MUST HAVE A MINIMUM 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN A PROJECT MANAGER ROLE IN THE CONTRACT FURNITURE INDUSTRY. Planning and estimating, project evaluationInitiate internal project meetingsProcure labor estimates for installations and services for assigned projectsDevelop project timelines and schedulesEvaluate building/site conditionsProvide technical product supportSpecification review and auditingComplete and coordinate work packets with complete information for projectsDevelop delivery and product installation phasingField verificationReview order statusAttend construction/project meetings and record minutes to distribute to internal teamInterface with customers, third party representatives, vendors, and company employees in a consistently clear, polite, and professional mannerEnsure appropriate field paperwork is completed in an accurate and timely manner including project folders, punch lists, project journals, field change orders, etcCoordinate pre-installation meetingsResolve installation issuesObtain customer approval and sign-off on appropriate documents, i.e. delivery tickets, completed punch list forms, field change orders, etcResponsible for looking up and specifying replacement parts and completing punch lists and forwarding to O.I.M.
