Responsibilities

  • Own and manage end-to-end delivery schedules across multiple concurrent projects
  • Plan, coordinate, and track monthly release cycles across all platforms
  • Maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and dependencies across ~12 active workstreams
  • Cross-team deliverables to ensure alignment between engineering, QA, and DevOps
  • Drive release readiness activities including code freeze, QA validation, and deployment scheduling
  • Ensure all builds and deployments are completed on time with high quality and minimal disruption
  • Cook up daily/weekly project syncs, sprint planning, and release planning meetings
  • Identify risks, blockers, and resource constraints early; proactively drive resolution
  • Track progress across teams and provide clear, concise status updates to leadership
  • Ensure proper handoffs between development, QA, and DevOps teams
  • Improve communication and coordination across distributed teams and stakeholders
  • Continuously refine SDLC, release workflows, and project tracking processes
  • Introduce best practices for managing high-frequency, multi-platform releases
  • Optimize Jira workflows, dashboards, and reporting for visibility and efficiency
  • Work with Azure DevOps to improve CI/CD pipeline efficiency and reliability

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related field
  • 6–10 years of project management experience in software development environments
  • Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects and release cycles
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and release management
  • Experience coordinating web applications and mobile app releases (Azure, iOS/Android/Windows)
  • Hands-on experience with Jira or similar project management tools
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Strong communication skills with ability to coordinate across technical and non-technical teams
  • Ability to manage complexity, track dependencies, and drive execution under tight timelines

Compensation

$100,000 - $220,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
