Primary responsibilities

  • Develops and manages project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure successful and timely delivery.
  • Serves as the primary point of contact, maintaining strong client relationships and clear communication.
  • Leads project execution by coordinating teams, assigning responsibilities, and aligning resources to project goals.
  • Maintains project performance, manages risks and changes, and ensures work stays within scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Oversees quality control and technical reviews to ensure deliverables meet contract requirements and standards.

Qualifications

  • You bring strong communication skills to the team.
  • You can contribute and work well on a team.
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
  • You have project management experience including scope, schedule, and budget control.
  • You have 8+ years of experience in highway or municipal design.
  • You must be a registered Professional Engineer (PE).
  • You have experience with MicroStation and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D.
