Location: Seattle, WA (Onsite) | Employment: Long‑Term Contract | Experience: 12+ years
Responsibilities
- Manage retail and e‑commerce technology projects from initiation through delivery.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams across Business, Product, Engineering, QA, Supply Chain, and Operations.
- Oversee projects involving e‑commerce platforms, OMS, WMS, POS, ERP, inventory, and order fulfillment.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, resources, and deliverables.
- Track risks, dependencies, issues, budgets, and change requests.
- Lead Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, status meetings, and stakeholder reviews.
- Coordinate system integrations, testing, UAT, releases, and production support.
- Provide regular project updates to business and technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- 12+ years of IT Project Management experience, preferably in retail or e‑commerce.
- Strong understanding of retail processes, including order management, inventory, fulfillment, supply chain, and omnichannel operations.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum, SDLC, Jira, and Confluence.
- Strong stakeholder, vendor, resource, risk, and delivery management skills.
- Experience managing complex retail technology implementations and integrations.
- PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification is a plus.
