Project Manager - Residential Renovations

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed scopes of work, oversee active renovations from start to finish, conduct weekly property inspections, and fully utilize Buildertrend to manage timelines and tasks.
• Sources bids, collects required contractor documentation, purchases materials within budget, approves work quality prior to payment, and ensures lien waivers are signed.
• Submits daily and weekly progress updates to leadership, tracks actual versus projected costs, and manages purchase orders.
• Collaborates with contractors and completes final cleaning, staging, "blue tape" inspections, and assists with marketing readiness (such as walkthrough videos and social media content).

Qualifications

• Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently while working comfortably in both field and office environments.

Pay

• $65,000 - $80,000/year
