A rapidly expanding luxury home builder with 11–50 employees and a portfolio of high-end residential projects across South Florida (Jupiter to West Palm) is seeking a Project Manager to oversee construction from start to finish.

Responsibilities
- Develop project scopes and objectives, engaging all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless project execution.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Create and maintain detailed project plans to track progress.
- Use verification techniques to manage changes in scope, schedule, and costs.
- Measure project performance with appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
- Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
- Manage client and stakeholder relationships.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third-party vendors.
- Produce and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ project-management experience in residential construction.
- Proven track record as a construction project manager.
- Solid technical background with hands-on construction experience; familiarity with web-based project tools a plus.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project-management software.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams.
- Strong strategic planning and risk-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Valid driver’s license.
Pay
$110,000 – $130,000 per year
