Project Manager - Residential Construction

A rapidly expanding luxury home builder with 11–50 employees and a portfolio of high-end residential projects across South Florida (Jupiter to West Palm) is seeking a Project Manager to oversee construction from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scopes and objectives, engaging all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless project execution.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans to track progress.
• Use verification techniques to manage changes in scope, schedule, and costs.
• Measure project performance with appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
• Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third-party vendors.
• Produce and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ project-management experience in residential construction.
• Proven track record as a construction project manager.
• Solid technical background with hands-on construction experience; familiarity with web-based project tools a plus.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project-management software.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams.
• Strong strategic planning and risk-management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Valid driver’s license.

Pay

$110,000 – $130,000 per year
