Responsibilities
- Oversight of all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation
- Allocation of resources for assigned projects
- Supervision of onsite personnel and subcontractors
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
- Negotiation with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
- Maintenance of high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Qualifications
- Management of project performance from start to finish
- Leadership and management of clients, designers, and architects
- Budget and schedule management with clients and team
- Design development, value engineering, and option provision to the team
- Scope development, contract development, and material procurement
- Communication and delegation with the onsite supervisor and other onsite personnel
- Field meetings with the team for review and performance
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
- Negotiation with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
- Maintenance of high standards of workmanship that adhere to plans and specifications
- Previous experience in residential, high-end construction management - A MUST
- Familiarity with Excel-BUILDER TREND
- Strong leadership qualities
