Project Manager, REMS Team - Remote based in the US
About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Project Manager, REMS Team - Remote based in the US to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will oversee project execution for a regulated program, ensuring alignment across internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders. The Project Manager will be responsible for driving delivery against time, cost, and quality objectives while maintaining strong compliance and customer focus. This position also plays a key role in managing escalations, resolving risks, and supporting effective financial and resource stewardship in a highly regulated environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary project contact with the sponsor
- Ensure adherence to internal and external escalation pathways
- Clarify roles and responsibilities among project leads and vendors
- Oversee delivery of the cross-functional project with respect to time, cost, and quality
- Demonstrate financial stewardship and align resources to budget
- Manage customer expectations to support optimal project delivery
- Drive risk identification and issue resolution for project challenges
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of project management experience in a CRO, Pharma, or Biotech environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant qualification
- Proven ability to manage project deliverables related to time, cost, and quality
- Strong familiarity with regulatory and project-specific compliance standards, including ICH-GCP
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management applications, including CTMS and Clarity
Pay
Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually
Schedule
Standard work schedule, Monday through Friday
