About the role
The Project Manager will oversee and manage projects remotely, collaborating with both internal and external clients.Responsibilities
- Work with internal and external customers to scope projects, create work plans, track progress against work schedules, track budget progress and burn rates, keep plans up to date, and publish results.
- Create and present management reports on project outcomes and status.
- Establish project quality requirements and ensure adherence to established methods of executing and tracking projects.
- Maintain all active project plans in MS Project (or other similar PPM software) and assist client associates in learning and adopting these technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (business, engineering, or related analytical field).
- Minimum of 6 years of project management experience.
- Experience working in a shared service or BPO organization.
- Mastery skills in understanding the business, agility, effective communication, and collaboration with diverse teams.
- Mastery of project scheduling skills and proficiency in using PPM software such as MS Project and Project Server.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of project management experience.
- 1-2 years of customer-facing experience preferred.
