Job Description

  • Manage all aspects of education and municipal construction projects from preconstruction through final completion
  • Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and cost controls
  • Cook up and maintain project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and cost controls

  • Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors
  • Lead procurement efforts, subcontractor buyout, and contract administration
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
  • Monitor project performance and proactively mitigate schedule and budget risks
  • Ensure compliance with contract requirements, safety standards, and quality expectations
  • Facilitate owner meetings and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
  • Support project reporting, forecasting, and financial tracking
  • Lead project closeout activities and ensure successful turnover of completed facilities

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
  • Proven experience managing education, municipal, public-sector, or institutional construction projects
  • Experience managing project financials, schedules, budgets, and subcontractor coordination
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders, including owners, architects, and government entities
  • Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite
