Job Description
- Manage all aspects of education and municipal construction projects from preconstruction through final completion
- Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and cost controls
- Cook up and maintain project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and cost controls

- Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors
- Lead procurement efforts, subcontractor buyout, and contract administration
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
- Monitor project performance and proactively mitigate schedule and budget risks
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements, safety standards, and quality expectations
- Facilitate owner meetings and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
- Support project reporting, forecasting, and financial tracking
- Lead project closeout activities and ensure successful turnover of completed facilities
The Successful Applicant
- Experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
- Proven experience managing education, municipal, public-sector, or institutional construction projects
- Experience managing project financials, schedules, budgets, and subcontractor coordination
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders, including owners, architects, and government entities
- Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite
