What We’re Looking For

  • 6-10 years of experience in construction project management
  • Strong understanding of public sector projects (direct NYC experience is preferred)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

What You’ll Do

  • Manage projects through all phases: design, preconstruction, procurement, construction, and close-out
  • Cook up with agencies, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders
  • Oversee schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes
  • Support multiple on-call contracts across various project stages

Pay

The pay range for this role is: 100,000 - 200,000 USD per year (Corporate Headquarters N)
