Project Manager / Project Engineer - Civil Site Development

Responsibilities

• Lead civil site development projects for residential, commercial, and industrial clients from concept to construction.
• Prepare and oversee construction drawings for water, sewer, and storm drainage systems.
• Manage project teams to deliver design solutions meeting scope, schedule, and quality goals.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Serve as the primary client contact, maintaining effective communication throughout projects.
• Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D for design development and execution.
• Monitor project scope, schedule, and budget; support proposal and planning efforts.
• Mentor junior engineers and team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and PE license.
• 7+ years of civil engineering design and project management experience.
• Strong understanding of civil site design, water, sewer, and storm drainage systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
