Project Manager, Program Partnerships - NYC Schools

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the primary liaison with DOE and UFT leaders, building trust and momentum.
• Plan and execute school implementations, workshops, and events.
• Cook up a network of external trainers and deliver Train-the-Trainer sessions.
• Create agendas, materials, and tailored partner resources to drive adoption.
• Track engagement, timelines, and budgets to ensure results.

• Expertise in relationship-building and partnership management
• Some knowledge of NYC’s education system, school operations, and union structures.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills for large and small groups.
• Mastery of organization, balancing multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Agile problem-solving and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive, energizing presence that inspires educators and keeps projects moving.

This position is based in NYC and includes travel to multiple in-person work sites.
