Project Manager – Production Innovation Center (Modular Electrical)

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in customer meetings and support project development activities.
• Manage projects from award through delivery and closeout.
• Lead project kickoff meetings and provide ongoing project updates.
• Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Support conceptual, budgetary, and final estimates.
• Aid in proposal development, scheduling, and project planning.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and value-engineering solutions.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and milestone tracking.
• Cookordination engineering, procurement, manufacturing, quality, and logistics activities.
• Manage project documentation, change orders, RFIs, and customer communications.
• Maintain budgets, monitor labor performance, material costs, and profitability.
• Ensure modular assemblies are delivered to quality, schedule, and customer expectations.

Minimum Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or GED.
• A Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in electrical construction, manufacturing, prefabrication, modular construction, or industrial project management.
• An understanding of electrical systems and construction practices.
• The ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.
• The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Estimating experience in electrical, industrial, or manufacturing environments.
• Experience with modular skids, data centers, mission-critical facilities, or power distribution systems.
• Knowledge of manufacturing and fabrication processes.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management experience.
• Experience with Bluebeam, Procore, Revit, Navisworks, or Autodesk Construction Cloud.
