Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of site development projects.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Oversee the installation of underground “wet” utilities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and client specifications.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively and efficiently.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Communicate actively with the entire team—from the office to the field—to ensure overall project success.
• Drive innovative solutions to complex challenges.
• Attend industry meetings, events, and professional training courses.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in commercial construction, focusing on site development.
• Strongly preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Demonstrated success managing large‑scale projects involving underground utilities and earthwork services.
• Preferred experience in preconstruction/estimating to support a comprehensive project‑lifecycle approach.
• A passion for continuous learning and professional development.

Compensation

Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 per year.
