We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must not include boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. Must not invent or summarize away detail. Must not include filler like "commensurate with experience" etc. Actually the rule: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Also: "IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." We need to see if Pay is mentioned: "Base and bonus commensurate with experience" - that's filler? It says commensurate with experience, which is placeholder-like. The rule says never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text like "commensurate with experience". So we should not create a Pay section because the content is just that phrase. Similarly Schedule: "Work Environment: Works primarily traditional office hours in an indoor office environment. Flexible work hours allowed when work duties and business operations permit." That's specific enough? It mentions traditional office hours, flexible work hours allowed. That's specific content, not just placeholder. So we could include a Schedule section with that content. Benefits: they list benefits: "Exceptional benefits such as medical and dental; 401(k) with corporate match... Benefits Offered: comprehensive high-deductible health plans, dental and vision insurance plans, short-term and long-term disability, group life insurance, 401(k) corporate matching, flexible spending arrangements, company paid parking and cell phone, fitness and wellness corporate discounts". That's specific. So we can include Benefits section. About the role: The job description includes description of role. Could be "About the role" section. The posting includes "Job Description" paragraph. We'll put that under About the role. Responsibilities: there is a "Primary Responsibilities" list. We'll put under Responsibilities. Qualifications: there is a "Qualifications" list. We'll put under Qualifications. Skills: maybe we can combine some skill-related content from qualifications? But we have Qualifications already. The rule says prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could we merge Qualifications and Skills? But we have explicit Qualifications heading. Could also include Skills if there is distinct skill content not covered. The qualifications list includes many skill-like items: "Experience managing contract requirements, stakeholder relations, project deliverables, as well as establishing and monitoring performance metrics, project schedules, risk profiles, and cost-performances." etc. That's more qualifications. We could keep Qualifications only. We also have "Additional Information" about work environment, travel, physical requirements. That could be part of Schedule or maybe a separate section like "Work Environment". But we only have allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. "Requirements" could be used for qualifications? But we already have Qualifications. Could use Requirements for things like travel %, physical demands, work location. But the rule says we should not create sections unless posting has real specific content. We have content about travel 20-30%, physical demands, work location (Charlottesville, VA). That could go under Requirements or maybe under Qualifications? But Qualifications already includes education, experience, etc. Travel and physical demands are more like job requirements. Could create a Requirements section for those. However we must avoid too many thin sections. Perhaps we can incorporate travel and physical demands into Qualifications as bullet points? But they are not exactly qualifications; they are job demands. Could create a Requirements section with those details. But we need to decide: we have About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Schedule. That's five sections. Could add Requirements for travel/physical/work location. That would be six. Might be okay if content is substantive. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Must remove duplicated lines. We must preserve all substantive information. So we need to include everything from the posting except boilerplate. Let's extract substantive content: Company Description: maybe not needed as heading? Could be part of About the role? The instruction: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it)". It didn't say we cannot include company description. Could include as part of About the role? But we have no heading for company description. Could we include a paragraph under About the role that includes company description? The About the role section could contain both company description and role description. However the rule says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities...). So we can have About the role heading and then paragraphs. Thus About the role: include company description and job description paragraph. Responsibilities: list of primary responsibilities. Qualifications: list of qualifications (education, experience, skills, etc.) Requirements: travel %, physical demands, work location. Benefits: list of benefits. Schedule: work environment description. We must not include Pay section because content is just "Base and bonus commensurate with experience" which is placeholder. We must not include any EEO etc. Now format: Use

for each section heading. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to ensure we don't repeat content inadvertently. Let's craft:

A passion for renewable energy is a must.

But note: The job description paragraph includes some repetition; we need to preserve all substantive info, not summarize. So we keep as is. Now Responsibilities: list from "Primary Responsibilities". Let's extract each bullet: - Manage the project schedules from early-stage development through hand off at late-stage development - Manage the early phase of the projects within the budget and schedule approved by management - Manage the projects’ advancement and coordinates with project stakeholders to ensure a successful project hand off with Execution Project Management team - Manage EPC RFP process, coordinating with bidders, leading Q&A sessions, shortlisting, and recommending project awards - Leading coordination with utilities after Interconnection Agreement execution, managing milestone schedule and spends - Manage constructability reviews, risk analysis, and change management - Manage projects using industry standard project management tools - Always ensure high work quality and safe work practices - Drive compliance with all internal company policies and procedures - Perform other duties as assigned We need to put each as

The employee is also occasionally required to climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl - The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds - Able to work from our headquarters in Charlottesville, VA Note: Some of these are actually requirements (travel, physical, location). Might be better to put them under Requirements section. But we already have Qualifications section; we could keep them there but they'd mix. The rule: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Having both Qualifications and Requirements may be thin if we split. However we have a lot of content; splitting may be okay. But we need to avoid duplication: travel 20-30% appears also in Qualifications list; we could move it to Requirements. Let's decide: We'll have Qualifications for education, experience, skills, etc. Requirements for travel, physical demands, work location. Thus Qualifications list will exclude travel, physical, location. Let's extract Qualifications (excluding travel/physical/location): - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management, advanced degree is preferred - At least 5-years of related engineering or project management experience; experience working for an EPC firm or renewable energy company - Experience managing pre-construction of multiple renewable energy projects is preferred - Experience with project controls for early-stage industrial engineering, procurement, and pre-construction is required - Must have sufficient training in project management techniques - Able to read, write, understand, and speak English proficiently - High standard of integrity and reliability - Working knowledge of the standardized project management processes and tools - Working knowledge of project scheduling concepts and techniques - Strong attention to detail with a high level of integrity and organizational capacity to manage multiple projects - Strong track record of successful collaboration with internal and external stakeholders - Creative problem-solving skills matched with strength in executing under pressure and with continuous change - A proven ability to provide efficient, timely, and reliable service to internal and external stakeholders - Self-motivated with proven ability to take ownership, initiative, and accountability Now Requirements list: - Willingness to
