About the role
The opportunity involves managing multiple small to medium-sized Services projects and/or a small EPC project. Responsibilities include obtaining new/repeat business on medium size projects, supporting contract negotiations with client peers, managing risk, and leading projects from study level to full-scale Owner’s Engineer support.
Responsibilities
- Manages multiple small to medium sized Services projects, and/or a small EPC project.
- Manages multiple clients and/or projects.
- Obtains new/repeat business on medium size projects; supports contract negotiations with client peers.
- Manages risk which may include fixed price engineering, new technology or new clients.
- Supports business development through collaborative development of proposals, including project execution plans, cost estimates, and client presentations.
- Serves as the primary client interface during project execution, accountable to the client for project outcomes and internally for client satisfaction and project performance.
- Works closely with Client Account Managers for assigned clients to assist in developing client relationships and identification of new project opportunities including pre-positioning for favorable consideration by the client.
Requirements
- 15+ years of relevant industry experience including new simple cycle and combined cycle projects, Combined Heat and Power, and other Boiler applications.
- 5 years of experience in Project Management with full responsibility for the outcome of the project.
- Strong familiarity with the full spectrum of project development, design, construction, and startup/commissioning lifecycle for power generation facility installation and modification projects.
- High level communication skills to better lead and serve client and community stakeholders for projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- PE, P.Eng or equivalent professional license.

Pay
$142,648 - $242,495 annually.
Schedule
Hybrid or flexible work options may be offered after the first 90 days of employment based upon manager discretion, job performance and work assignments.
