Project Manager Post Construction Cleaning

About the role

We’re looking for a dedicated, client-focused Project Manager to oversee our Post-Construction Cleaning Division in a designated territory. In this role, you’ll lead a team of subcontractors and cleaning crews, ensuring every project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise post-construction cleaning projects from start to finish
• Ensure all work meets contract specifications and client expectations
• Monitor job site readiness, quality control, and safety compliance
• Provide daily updates, client feedback, and job costing reviews
• Support sales efforts and assist in subcontractor selection and performance
• Lead process improvement initiatives and represent the company at industry events

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in post-construction or janitorial management
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a must
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP system
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work on-site with PP
