Project Manager, Portfolio Management Prototype Lab
You will play a critical role in overseeing and performing project management in operations and manufacturing engineering for the Datacomm & Specialty Solutions Division. Ensure projects in the Proof of Concept lab, key initiatives, and programs are managed efficiently within manufacturing and operations, aligning with strategic goals and delivering customer value.

Responsibilities
- Manage projects in the Proof of Concept lab and other initiatives.
- Develop project schedules according to dependencies and priorities.
- Lead cross-functional execution, monitoring, and achievement of project plans from the Proof of Concept lab using Project Management methodologies.
- Proactively identify, document, and execute risk reduction activities to minimize project risks associated with cost, quality, and timing.
- Communicate project status to internal and external stakeholders and escalate barriers when identified.
- Review design packages, manufacturing designs, and processes with team members to identify improvement opportunities.
- Oversee the adoption of new technologies and tools.
- Support digital transformation within the factory.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of portfolio management experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an operations or technical manufacturing environment.
- Experience working cross-functionally in a global matrixed organization.
Qualifications
- PMP or other Project Management-related certification.
- Fluency in oral and written Mandarin.
Pay
For this role, we anticipate paying $80,000–$140,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
