As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional project outcomes for our clients. What your day-to-day will look like
- Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality delivery within timelines and budgets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members
- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and high performance
- Develop comprehensive project plans, track progress, and proactively mitigate risks
- Monitor project finances, ensure budgetary adherence, and provide accurate cost forecasts
- Implement quality control measures to meet the highest standards and client expectations
- Identify process enhancements and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
- 4-6 years of experience in project management, preferably in construction, real estate, or building infrastructure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage diverse stakeholders
- Prioritization and time management skills
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams while managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of MEP, Communication Networks, and other Infrastructure projects
- Valid driver's license
- Physical capabilities to lift 50 lbs, work at heights, and in confined spaces
Preferred qualifications
- Professional certification in project management (PMP)
- Experience working in a global and matrixed organization
- Knowledge of industry-specific building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards
- Familiarity with digital tools and technologies in project management
- Advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
