Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate workshops to align on operating models, process swim lanes, and SOP frameworks.
- Cook up cross-functional teams, manage partner relationships, and ensure successful execution of procurement, configuration, deployment, reclamation, and financial controls.
- Define and document end-to-end processes for procurement, configuration, deployment, reclamation, and financial controls.
- Develop and maintain process maps, operating models, and SOPs for approval, sourcing, RMA, asset refresh, deployment, loaner programs, disposal, contract renewal, and asset donation.
- Oversee integration of ServiceNow workflows, catalog management, and automation.
- Support NextThink deployment, telemetry mapping, KPI definition, and dashboard rollout.
- Finalize leasing terms, consolidation cadence, and financial processes.
- Manage invoicing, AP setup, contract renewals, and lease expirations.
- Establish and execute change management and communications plans for rollout.
- Track and report on action items, risks, and approvals.
