Project Manager - Payment

For our client, we are seeking a Project Manager - Payment to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will drive cross-functional payment-related projects from planning through execution, ensuring clear milestones, disciplined governance, and timely delivery. You will coordinate closely with stakeholders across operations, software delivery, and business functions to keep scope, schedule, risks, and communications aligned. The position calls for someone who can bring structure to complex initiatives, facilitate decision-making, and maintain steady progress in a regulated healthcare environment. You will also help strengthen project documentation and reporting while using AI-enabled tools to improve productivity and execution efficiency. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $100,000 – $135,000 annually Responsibilities Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, and status reporting Facilitate team meetings and issue resolution Coordinate scope, schedule, resources, and communications Escalate risks and tradeoffs promptly Ensure project documentation and governance requirements are met Own project scope, timeline, and execution discipline Utilize AI tools to enhance productivity in project management tasks Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required 5+ years of project management experience required Project Management certification such as PMP, CAPM, or equivalent Experience running cross-functional projects with disciplined status, RAID, and timeline management Strong organizational, communication, and facilitation skills Experience with healthcare operations, software delivery, or business transformation preferred Familiarity with Agile and waterfall delivery methods Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage Disability and life insurance coverage 401(k) savings plans Paid family leave 9 paid holidays per year 17-27 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) per year Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
