Project Manager - Pacific Time Zone Preferred

This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track in a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Leads project teams to successfully execute multiple concurrent projects
• Prepares comprehensive work plans to meet project scope and objectives
• Identifies and manages project risks and hazards
• Ensures compliance with safety standards during project execution
• Directs and reviews subcontractor performance and contract compliance
• Negotiates project scope changes with clients and subcontractors
• Reports on project progress and manages documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or an Engineering-related field
• 10+ years of engineering management experience on large scale programs
• Project Management Certification preferred
• Strong communication skills for client and team interaction
• Comprehensive knowledge of engineering and construction processes

Pay

$125,100 – $225,200 annually
