Project Manager - PA Area
About the role
Cedarville Engineering Group, LLC (CEG) is a civil and environmental design‑build firm delivering complex infrastructure projects for public sector clients, with the majority of our work supporting the United States federal government—particularly the Department of Defense. Our projects directly support mission‑critical facilities, environmental restoration, and resilient infrastructure across the country. CEG is seeking an experienced, field‑driven Project Manager to take projects from kickoff to closeout: on time, on budget, and to spec. This is a hands‑on role in a lean firm, and you own the outcome. You build the plan, manage the resources, hold the schedule, and keep the government confident in the work. When a project slips, it's yours to fix. When it lands, you'll know you delivered something that matters.
CEG serves government and institutional clients through our core competencies of Engineering, Construction, and Environmental Services. We maintain offices in Pottstown, PA, Tampa, FL, and Alexandria, VA with projects nationwide.
Work environment includes active outdoor construction sites in varying conditions, travel required depending on project location, and work on secured federal and military installations.
Why this role matters: the work we do supports military readiness, environmental restoration, and long‑term infrastructure resilience.
CEG is committed to investing in the professional development of our team and seeks employees who will invest in the success of our clients. Our rapid growth fuels our need to grow the team. We live our core values of RESPONSIVENESS, DRIVEN, GROWTH MINDSET, PROBLEM‑SOLVER, and maintain a policy of NO ASSHOLES.
