Schedule Management
Develops, monitors, and updates the project schedule.
Cost Control
Establishes and manages a project-specific cost control system.
Maintains and monitors cost reports to ensure adherence to budgets.
Approves payments to subcontractors.
Timely submits invoices.
Communications
Establishes and maintains relationships with all project participants.
Maintains and coordinates project-specific information systems.
Communicates schedule revisions to all parties as needed.
Communicates cost control status and issues to Grunley management promptly.
