Project Manager (P.E.) - Water/Wastewater

About the role

Lumos & Associates is seeking a Water/Wastewater Project Manager to lead a team of professionals in designing and managing water and wastewater projects.

Responsibilities

• Cook up and oversee project design teams.
• Create, execute, and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Coach, mentor, and delegate responsibilities to staff.
• Provide technical reviews (QA/QC) of projects.
• Act as the main point of contact with clients.
• Develop and promote new and repeat business opportunities.
• Prepare and review project proposals, qualification statements, and promotional materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering from a four-year college or university.
• At least 8 years of related water/wastewater engineering design and management experience.
• A valid California Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.
• Experience managing a team of technical staff in multiple disciplines.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including public presentations.
• A valid driver's license with fewer than three demerit points on your record.
