Project Manager - Owner's Representative (MEP)

About the role

Oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Provide consultation and guidance for complex interior projects as a leader within the team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure efficient execution.
• Conduct site visits to oversee progress and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project status.
• Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.
• Ensure all work adheres to local codes, regulations, and client expectations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and project teams.

Requirements

• Strong experience with construction project management in the property industry.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Ability to oversee budgets and schedules effectively.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in New York.
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset to address challenges.

Pay

Competitive annual salary ranging from $125,000 to $145,000.
