Base salary: $77,000 to $126,000 annually, depending on experience.

About the Role
The Project Manager, OSP Construction & Engineering is responsible for managing the quality, on-budget, and timely completion of all construction projects across residential and commercial segments. This role works closely with vendor partners and ensures adherence to all company and government guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Project Management and Delivery
- Manage day-to-day projects using project management tools, processes, and methodologies to ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
- Serve as the point of contact for project organization and timeline.
- Create long- and short-term plans, including setting milestones and adhering to deadlines.
- Demonstrate consistent ownership and accountability for project delivery.
- Project Status, Documentation, and Reporting
- Provide status updates across all ongoing projects at any given time.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular streamlined reports to leadership.
- Communication, Coordination, and Resource Alignment
- Coordinate and host regular meetings to ensure alignment, information sharing, and implementation of best practices.
- Ensure team members have the required information and resources to carry out tasks effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align action items and timelines with business goals.
- Facilitate collaboration with internal and external resources to ensure timely project completion.
- Risk Management and Issue Resolution
- Continuously perform risk assessments and resolve issues as they arise or engage others to mitigate adverse impacts on project schedules.
- Process Improvement and Operational Efficiency
- Gather and provide feedback on lessons learned, best practices, and innovations to improve processes, procedures, and tools.
- Drive processes and automation to support LEAN approaches to problem-solving.
- Perform other duties as required to support the business and evolving organization.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum five (5) years of telecommunication experience or equivalent project management experience.
- Experience managing large-scale projects.
- Demonstrated experience meeting project commitment deadlines.
- Familiarity with Outside Plant (OSP) architectures, including underground, direct buried, aerial, and building applications.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe.
- Understanding of LEAN concepts.

- Ability to maintain physical condition necessary for bending, stooping, sitting, walking, or standing for prolonged periods; most time is spent sitting with frequent opportunities to move.

Work Environment
Work is performed in an office setting with exposure to computer screens and requires extensive use of a computer, keyboard, mouse, and multi-line telephone system. The role is primarily based in a modern office environment.
