Project Manager Order Lifecycle

About the role

The Order Lifecycle Project Manager owns the lifecycle of every order from Order Entry through Installation to Shipment, ensuring technical readiness, schedule adherence, milestone compliance, installation completion, shipment, and invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Control the order lifecycle and schedule.
• Track milestone completion and enforce functional/stage adherence.
• Drive daily/weekly follow-up across Procurement, Engineering, Scheduling, and Production.
• Escalate risks to the Director of Order Management.
• Provide daily visibility to leadership on order status, risks, and progress.
• Conduct recurring production readiness reviews for all units approaching install bays.
• Mediate unit drawings between Engineering and customers.
• Identify risk to production start.
• Maintain visibility and performance metrics related to order lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Strong project management experience.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple functions/departments.
• High attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Familiarity with Project Management Tools or PM certification.
• Strong communication and follow-up discipline.
• Ability to influence without direct authority.
• Problem-solving skills.
