About the role
Boldt’s Southern teams offer Project Management opportunities ranging from experienced Project Managers overseeing day-to-day execution to Senior Project Managers leading larger scopes and mentoring teams, to Project Executives providing multi-project oversight and serving as the primary point of contact with owners and key partners.
Responsibilities

- Leading, being present, and being supported by teams that value clear accountability
- Developing talent, strengthening critical relationships, supporting pursuits, and guiding the transition from award into execution across multiple locations and project sizes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field required; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- PM / Senior PM: 10+ years of construction project management experience
- Project Executive: 15+ years of experience with demonstrated leadership across multiple projects and teams
- Proven experience managing core project delivery (financials, schedules, forecasting, and execution)
- Strong decision-making, organizational, and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments
- Ability to lead teams, build trust with stakeholders, and drive consistent project results
- Broad understanding of construction operations and project delivery practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Office Suite
Qualifications
- A valid driver’s license may be required; subject to Motor Vehicle Records review for business travel
